Dear Fellow Patriot,

Law-abiding gun owners should not have to beg for government permission and pay outrageous fees to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

If we want to restore the Second Amendment in Indiana, we must go on the offense by pushing for recorded votes on Constitutional Carry.

That’s why I need you to sign your Constitutional Carry petition IMMEDIATELY.

Constitutional Carry would restore the right of every law-abiding Hoosier to carry a gun to protect themselves and their families -- WITHOUT going through a bunch of bureaucratic rigmarole!

I believe we can make Constitutional Carry a reality in Indiana. But it won’t happen without you.

Please sign your petition and consider making your most generous contribution of $100, $50, or at least $30 TODAY!

For Freedom,

Brenden Boudreau

Constitutional Carry Petition

To my State Senator and State Representative

WHEREAS: The right of the people to keep and bear arms is protected by the United States Constitution; and

WHEREAS: The right to carry a firearm for self-defense is an inalienable right, recognized as a preexisting right by the Supreme Court of the United States; and

WHEREAS: The current permitting system as it exists in the State of Indiana is an undue burden on law-abiding citizens attempting to exercise that right; and

WHEREAS: Statistical data collected by both the Centers for Disease Control and the Federal Bureau of Investigation has shown that restricting law-abiding citizens’ right to keep and bear arms only serves to increase violent crime;

THEREFORE: I respectfully urge you as my elected official to publicly support, co-sponsor, and vote for Constitutional Carry in Indiana. Hoosier Gun Rights will keep me informed of your votes and actions.
